History
-A 6 years old bull dog was presented with lameness on the right hind limb.
Manual and Radiographic examination:
-Positive “ortolani sign” & crepitating sound & pain reaction with right hip examination
-With radiographic examination, Right hip joint was luxated “Grade 4 CHD” with distraction index 9 mm
